Standard clinic fees are as follows:
60 minute individual, family, or couples: $200.00
Parental Consulting: $200.00 per hour
My clients are responsible for upholding the financial agreement between us. Payment is collected at the end of each session. This office does not bill any insurance companies. Many of my clients have insurance policies that have an “out of provider option,” and are able to receive reimbursement directly from their insurance companies. In the case of possible payment, this office will provide you with a filled out insurance form that you can submit on your own. I do have some sliding fee scale slots available, and will be happy to discuss with you any financial circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS
Those clients who cancel appointments within 24 hours are not charged for visits. Those individuals who have weekend appointments must cancel before 12:00 noon on Friday. Missed visits without 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate, and must be paid by the next session. I know that emergencies can occur, and in that case the policy is not enforced. You will always be able to leave a message at this office, day or night by calling (952) 938-4492.
EMERGENCIES
Please remember that emergencies are of a severe crisis nature only, and that any other concerns must be kept within the context of our therapy session. If there is a need for extensive consultation (more then five minutes), I ask that you schedule an appointment.
If you are in crisis, my voicemail provides an emergency protocol to leave a message for me at (952) 938-4492. If I am not available and you cannot wait for a return call, the best way to receive emergency assistance is by calling your treating Psychiatrist, the Crisis Connection at 612-379-6363, or go to an emergency room or call 911.
